I was out and about early this morning (July 1, 2008). I had just met with a citizen regarding a severe blight situation from his neighbor, a situation that the then Supervisor Jackson had refused to address. Because of this complaint, I had my camera with me. At 8:45AM, I received a frantic call on my cell phone from Kathy that she was being followed by CJ McDonald. We agreed to roundevous on Judd Road near her home. I got there a few seconds early and had my camera ready. Moments later, Kathy arrived with McDonald in hot pursuit. She pulled up behind me, and McDonald jumped out with his video recorder. I took this picture
of him video taping Kathy. He later reported this as evidence that Kathy was having "illegal meetings" with Trustee Tobler.

I have caught McDonald stalking myself on a number of occasions.
